For accommodations, you have two options:

1. Broadview Lodge
This is UEA’s on-campus guest accommodation. See here for their official website, bookings included

  • It has a mix of 16 Single, 42 double and 13 twin rooms.

  • Prices are approx. £70 for single company and £80 for double occupancy.

  • Breakfast is an additional £8.50 per night.

For NDAS, we have arranged access to some converted student flats (single ensuite rooms) that are available at a special rate* of £55 per room. Bookings for this option must be made before the 10th of May. Here's how to book for the special rate option:

  • Provide the following details:

    • Guest name

    • Conference name

    • Dates for the booking

    • Breakfast Voucher Y/N.

In this case, the guest will be asked to make payment in full using a payment link that will sent to them that will expire after 24 hours. Payment must be received to confirm the booking. It will also be possible to pay over the phone if the guest would rather.

If you choose to stay on campus, parking is free, and accessible parking closer to the venue can be requested during your registration process. Visit the following website for food and drink options during your stay: https://www.uea.ac.uk/uea-life/campus-life/eat-and-drink

2. Norwich City Centre

In the heart of Norwich, there are lots of other affordable accommodation options, including 2 x large Premier Inn locations (see here and here) and 2 x large Travelodge locations (see here and here). Additionally, you will be surrounded by plenty of food options, historical sites, and the regular hustle and bustle of Norwich's city centre.

Premier Inn: As of the beginning of March, rates for two nights range from £130 – £220 for a standard double bedroom and £160 – £250 for Premier Plus rooms.

Travelodge: A two-night stay in a standard room with a king size bed is listed between £120 - £150.

Cost estimates for the above local options reflect non-refundable vs fully refundable rates as well as the type of room--please see the above links for all options and add-ons. Travel from any of these locations to the university is straightforward and super affordable (~£2) via public transfer (approx. 30 minute bus journey).
